This fifty minute class builds toward the yoga pose called "Lord of the Dance" or Natarajasana. Nataraja is one of the manifestations of the Hindu god Shiva, who is the destroyer of things that need to be let go of--like delusions, outdated ideas, or that jar of chutney that got lost in the back of the refrigerator.
