Want to reset your body? Have you been tense, achey or irritable? The daily stresses we accumulate are remembered by our bodies, like invisible tattoos. But you can release these patterns of pain and tension, and reset your nervous system to "turn down the dial" on your distress.
Join Tanya Porter and Elaine Jackson for a special Zoom retreat designed to help you rediscover relaxation, and comb the knots out of your nervous system. This workshop will feature self massage (with Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls), breathing techniques, and meditation. Come away feeling soothed in mind and body.
At our last retreat (in January) we did a very global rollout and then focused on the upper body. This time around, we'll spend extra time exploring the hips and the pelvic basin. Happier hips await!

Thank you so much for a wonderful Roll, Relax and Release retreat today! I loved the mixture of yoga, breathing, relaxation and self-massage with the Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls. I’m aware that I hold tension in my neck and shoulders, but the balls introduced me to other areas of my body I didn’t even know were so tense. They are incredible tools for self-care. Also, in these days of isolation, it was nice to participate in a group activity online. I’ll definitely consider the next retreat in January.
