Chair Yoga on Zoom

Time: 1:45 pm to 2:30 pm

A gentle (mostly seated) yoga class which combines beginner Hatha with some Yoga Tune Up® “extras.” Appropriate for students with arthritis or movement limitations, or those who simply want a gentle, mindful approach. We will break poses down into segments, modify as necessary, and include pranayama and meditation techniques.



Mindful Yoga at St. James Church in Sharon

Time: 10:00 am to 11:15 am

Hitch in your gitalong? Need a chance to relax and unwind? If you’re ready to feel better and maintain your ability to do the things you love to do, come try out this class. Suitable for all levels, this class will emphasize gentle stretching, body awareness, balance, breathing and meditation.

Beginner Evening Yoga Tune Up® on Zoom

Time: 5:30 to 6:30 pm

Yoga Tune Up® combines traditional yoga postures and breathing with an analytical, anatomical approach to the nuts and bolts of human movement. These classes combine stretching, strengthening, relaxation, balance, body-awareness and well, fun. We will use corrective exercise principles along with various modalities of stretching to promote both joint mobility and stability. The benefits are relief of chronic tension, increased power through a greater range of movement, healthy, supple joints and better posture. This class will help you appreciate anatomy and grow your understanding of how your body moves so that you can undo the habits that lead to pain or recurring injuries. You will leave with tools that you can apply to every aspect of your daily life so that you can stay healthy, independent and active.  Suitable for beginner and intermediate students.

Restore, Rebuild, Rebalance

Time: 2:30pm to 3:45pm

Stressed out? Burned out? Trouble sleeping?
This class is designed to release overly tight areas, strengthen weak areas, and address the mechanisms that cause postural imbalances in the first place. We will draw on a wide variety of yoga and therapeutic techniques and have a little fun while we’re at it.

Private Sessions: These Individualized Sessions allow a much more catered approach than a class. Whether you are a yoga newbie or a seasoned practitioner, a private lesson can be a great way to move forward.
